I bought this laptop 5 months ago, yesterday I suddenly noticed there's a c rack acrossing the screen for no reasons, I didn't drop it or put some pressure on the screen. So far I can't feel the c rack when I touch it, it's smooth as if it's not there. after did some research, this seems to be a known issue as many people had similar experience. Unfortunately, it's not covered by manufacturer's warranty after spoke to customer service.
This is my first Samsung laptop, I bought it for around $1100, it's a good deal, but for its quality, I"m very disappointed.
