Galaxy BooksHi ivi5,
Sorry to hear that the Samsung Notes app consume a substantial amount of RAM, particularly during synchronization.
Clear Cache and Reinstall the App: Clearing the app’s cache and reinstalling Samsung Notes can sometimes help resolve sync issues and reduce memory usage.
In the Windows Settings > Apps menu, uninstall Samsung Notes, then reinstall it from the Microsoft Store and attempt the sync again. If you have a non-Galaxy Book device, there may be limitations that could impact functionality.
As a last resort, you might consider using Samsung Cloud or accessing your notes via a compatible mobile device instead of Windows. This can give you access to all your notes without requiring synchronization on Windows itself.
We will consider this as a feedback and hopefully, this issue will be addressed in future updates to improve compatibility and optimize memory usage.
Thank you.

Galaxy BooksHi ivi5,
That's sad to hear uninstalling and reinstalling didn't resolved the issue.
Instead of syncing directly within the Samsung Notes app, try using Samsung Cloud to manage synchronization settings. Go to Samsung Notes on your mobile device > Settings > Sync with Samsung Cloud and turn it off and back on. This can sometimes reset sync behaviors across devices.
Thank you.
