In an interview with CBC television many, many years ago, he called himself a "blue-noser" and that he had an "umbilical chord" firmly tied to Canada. He was a hugely remarkable man. He'll be greatly missed.

*** he just passed today?!

Crazy film legacy and his son Keifer already leading on.

Both have been brave enough to have taken on some controversial roles thay were great yet didn't affect their careers.

After almost 38yrs I've finally got to see Invasion of The Body Snatchers (1978) , and the audio is super crisp for voices and erie sound effects. The ending is a trip too!

(5yrs old couldn't watch beyond the 20th mins I had too many nightmares lol)

Thank you for sharing this. When I was 10 yrs. old, I watched Jaws 2 at the movie theater. The scene that terrified me the most was when Police Chief Brody wades in the water to retrieve a wooden plank...which turns over to reveal the charred body of the lady from the speedboat explosion!! 🚀 😲😳😱 Even today, it gives me the chills!!

Nownthats sharing. I almost forgot that, yet as fresh as when I seen it I have those alarming chills at least if I have a nightmare based on that, it'll be something new, just haunting but not that with frustration of not getting away from it hehe. Eh. No at least the fear subsided from the trauma
