Calls not visible

Since the latest update (Feb. 11) I've noticed that when people call me I can hear the phone ringing/vibrating, but there's no visual indicator so I can't answer the call. I can call out but as soon as someone answers my tab disappears and I can't find the call in order to switch it to speaker phone or even end the call. Whyyyy?

You could either Boot into Recovery & Wipe Cache to start with. 

If you still have the issue, go to Settings > Apps TOGGLE ON "Show System Apps" and Search for "Phone".

Click on each of these 4 & Scroll down to Storage on each & Clear Both Cache & Data for the apps. 

Reboot & test.
