Back cover cracking on Note20 Ultra?

Hi folks! 

I've had the back cover of my otherwise excellent Note20 Ultra crack twice. I have not dropped it, but pamper it to a fault. It's in a case, by the way. I've seen stuff out there (Reddit, YouTube) that others experience this as well. Is this a known issue with the Note20 Ultra? Thanks in advance for your responses!
