Bixby wakes by button but not voice

Try as I might, I cannot get Bixby to wake up by saying Hi Bixby. I've recorded several times, seemingly successfully but Bixby will not wake on voice command. It works fine using the button.

Hey @garrywall,

One thing you could try is changing the voice sensitivity for Bixby—Bix Settings > (under voice section) Voice Wake up, set to On either high or medium.

I have the same problem. Since the update Bixby won't wake up to my voice even when I'm yelling.

and Google opens with normal speaking voice. I'm not seeing any advantage to Bixby at this point.
