Can't move files out of Secure Folder

I can't move files out of the secure folder. It says "Security policy restricts this action".

Any idea? Thanks.

This thread is old, but if anyone else finds themselves with this issue, I resolved it by creating a new album within my secure folder and moving all my images to that album. After which I was able to move them out of my secure folder all together with no data loss. Cheers!
