can't watch vidwos

Suddenly my note20 ultra will shut down while watching videos. It no longer follows the stay awake settings. What has the latest build for andriod 11 done?  If anyone can help or suggest a fix I'd be most grateful.

Have you tried Wipe Cache Partition after system upgrade:

- Power off your phone
- Press and hold Vol up and power key until you are in Recovery mode
- Release both keys
- Use Vol up and down to navigate
- Use Power key to confirm
- Select Wipe Cache Partition
- Select Reboot system

Try play video again to see if problem still exist.
