I posted about this almost a year ago with the Oreo update, and it's still not fixed.

Yup, in French only. French Canada that is. French France doesn't exhibit this behavior simply because the clock format is HH:MM instead of HH h MM in French Canada.

Basically there is no room to accommodate the " h " because the UI was made with the ":" format in mind

Thanks for the detailed description, as well as the screenshots! It looks like the devs overlooked this formatting difference when designing the UI. I'll have to bring this up to them 😊
