deleted my notes need help!

Attempted to revert my Samsung note to older version after not liking the new version and now I cant recover all my notes! I just found out only 14 had been saved to the cloud! Any way I can recover my notes???

Try syncing under Memos header, since S Note is a Note series application.

Have you tried checking in the "Old format notes" folder?

I tried this but samsung account only recovers 14 out of hundreds i had on my notes app

@ctangabc thank you for all your help. i have tried all those options. I only have the backup option from smart switch to try. when I updated to the newest version I actually had the option of viewing all my old format notes and had the option of converting them into the newest format. when I installed the new version I'm assuming it installed on top of the old one. I pressed "update" so I'm not sure how the system runs its course (clean instal or on top of). when I rolled back it said something about returning to factory setting version so I think it erased what I had existing because when I opened the app it was completely cleaned. it was only until I went into the option of recovering the data from the cloud that I gathered only 14 of my oldest notes recorded. I guess it stopped syncing after some time. I have used smartswitch in the past to transfer movies and pictures onto my laptop but I can't recall if I've ever backed up all my info to it..... really hoping I did! seems to be the last option....
