digital wellbeing app not working

Hey guys, I own a note 10+, and last week my digital wellbeing app crashed and stopped working. Evrytime I open it it just freezes the screen and stops working. Any solutions on getting it back on track? Its really useful for me!

Hi Baselisawesome,
Please perform the clear cache and clear data of the app and check if it works.
Go to settings> Apps> Select Digital wellbeing app> Storage> Clear cache and Clear data.
Note: The clear data of the app will erase all the app data and resets the settings to defaults.

what a F***ing legend. THANK YOU. I contacted Samsung, and did the tutor thing, they reset my settings, and left me alone and disconnected the call. didn't do a thing to the app it was still crashing. then I called them again, they said factory reset your phone, and i have no way to back up the data, then they said ship it out to us, it will cost you 15$ to ship and will take care of it. absolutely horrible. thank you so much Halston!

I suggest you please try to backup your data and perform a factory reset on your phone and check if the issue got resolved. I don't have to do a factory reset, I just did what Halston told me and it worked
