Dual SIM With ESIM Notifications

Hello,

I recently inherited a note 20 ultra 5G (Canadian version).

I am using this phone as both a business phone ans person phone. I went in the settings and changed both notification sounds to differentiate between the two.

I am using my esim (sim2) as my personal, and my business as a physical sim card (sim 1).

Despite changing the notification sounds and setting sim2 and my primary sim, i am only getting the notification sounds for sim1.

Does anyone know what is causing this? Is it an error I made? Or has anyone else also experienced this issue?

Hi, just to confirm your'e not able to get notification sounds from sim2 or your'e also not getting notifications from sim2?

So I am getting notifications for both sims, however the notification sounds for sim 1. So even if I get a call on sim 2, it rings with the notification for sim 1

Same situation to my S23U.  I set eSIM as the primary.  Still the notification sound of all apps uses sim1 setting.  Notification sounds of SMS received via work and personal numbers works properly in Samsung messages, but not the google one (same as apps).  Ringing sounds of work and personal calls work properly.
