During a call can't use option with dial pad

During a call when required  to press options 1 or 2 etc when ever I enter the selected option it doesnt work.

Its like the key pad isn't working. It happens sometimes I have restarted and phone is up to date checked all the settings in the phone app. Android note 10 plus.

Try this. Go to Settings & Search for "Phone" & select it. Scroll down to Storage & Clear Cache & Data for it. Reboot & test.
