I got a new job and they would like to give me a work phone but it's an iPhone (gross). I'd much perfer to use just use my note 20 ultra with dual SIMs instead. Only problem is I take alot of photos and want to use an SD card.
I find out about eSIM and its the perfect solution for me. After some research I findout my phone is fully capable of eSIM its just not enabled... Really dissipointimg since this is supposed to be a top of the line phone!
I saw some samsung reply's saying it's not in the specs for note 20s sold in Canada and that an update "may" come in the future... Giving really no information or transparency. Really doubling down on the dissipointmemt!
What I'd like is a real explanation why eSIM is not enabled and an answer if eSIM will ever come to the note 20 ultra.
I really like my note 20 ultra, I don't want to have to switch but I am going to get tried of carrying around two phones.
