Fortnite Galaxy Skin (Note9)

Hello humans,
   I pre order the note 9 at best buy and i installed fortnite through galaxy app, and i follow the direction where it says play 3 games and receive the skin within 24-48hrs. Here is what is going on. I preorder the phone on aug 22 and receive it aug 25, now is sept 28 and i still didnt receive my galaxy skin. Does anyone know why? Is there a delayed? Can you guys help me? Thanks. I got the gear iconx tho😂

I am not sure but I am thinking you would have to register 1st for this offer did you do that?

@Instantgamerz, of I recall correctly, I installed Fortnite, played 3 rounds and the next day I received the Galaxy skin.
