forwarded call notification

I upgraded from note 4 to note 8 and i noticed that i stop getting "forwarded call" notification in note 8. which still i use it in note 4

is this my upgrade has downgraded the very important feature?

or is it hidden somewhere and i need to enable it?

Forwarded call is the feature shows "FORWARDED CALL" message on screen when i receive any call redirected to my cell from my business line.. and it is so handy useful feature that, i can greet call accordingly...

I think that it's most likely to be something from your Carrier - I know that a few times when I've purchased a new phone and the Carrier is trying to "upgrade" my plan things don't always go smoothly and I have to call them and say something like "what happened to x feature on my service plan.. I didn't want it to be removed"... 🐧

same SIM when i inserted in my old note 4, it shows FORWARDED CALL message while i received redirected call from business line .

so carrier related issue is void...
it is feature related to operatig system...

Maybe it's the o/s or maybe it's just a setting on your N8? Either someone here or your Carrier's Tech support could help you 🐧
