What is wrong with Samsung service? I have my note 8 screen repaired and calibrated 3 times and still keep asking me to send it back for repair because they could not figure out what went wrong with it. I asked how many times do I have to send back my phone for repair in the last email and it seems I have sent my email to a ghost box, I got no reply. Anyway, I have reported this to the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, hope they can help, Samsung products are definitely NO GO to me from now on because their extremely poor customer service.

Did you call Samsung Customer support directly - You probably did....? If you have or haven't - Call them with whatever service number (repair order info) Speaking to someone is often more effective than email support.. 🐧

To be honest, I didn't call them, instead, I "live chat" with them and every time they created me a ticket number, this way I can save all Chat Transcript.

Yeah Live Chat is good too! Maybe if you want to raise the profile of your issue with Customer service - If you have a presence on Twitter or other Social Media you could start taking it more public... I know that this worked for me when I had an issue with my Carrier... They would do almost anything to shut me up... 🐧

LoL, which I am going to... help spread the words. Let ppl know Samsung's shitty service and considering Apple, I know apple will do an exchange right on the first service to satisfy their customers.

This certainly doesn't seem like normal occurrence, you're one of the very few unfortunate ones. I would suggest you go to a different repair center and try in house Samsung authorized repair, also it's better to call them instead of chatting with them if your problem is really serious. And as far as reporting to Ministry of Bla Bla, I'm sure your report will be sitting below a billion of other reports as it's usual for big companies like Samsung, Apple, Google to face a million complaints on regular basis. Good luck with that.

It has been repaired by two different repair shops, and every time they told me that the phone was repaired by "professional trained technicians" and tested using certified procedures. At the end, all of them failed.

Nick, thanks for raise the issue, but I'd already been told twice that even though I speak to a higher authority, the answer would be the same, they would just keep asking me to send back my phone for repair. My question is how many times do I need to send back my phone before I will be given options. Why could not the so called "professional trained technicians" have my phone fixed for the first, second and third time?

this video tells the exact problem I have on my Note 8, meaning that Samsung failed to address this issue on their latest phone and consumer should think twice before getting their next Samsung smart phone.
