unresponsive note8

Good day all!

Anyone experiencing an unresponsive Note8 few days after the new update? I got the latest update few days ago and I've just experienced an unresponsive note8, I had to maintain de the power button and volume down button to make it restart because nothing was responsive, no button worked It has never happened to this phone before. I hope it's a software issue not physical one.

My S7 does this occassionaly .. I don't know why ... I just reboot my phone and it seems fine after till the next time it happens ..

My S8 has done it few times before an update fixed it hope its not a recurring situation... Like in the night, imagine not waking up because the alarm didn't ring because the phone is a brick lol

I don't really have to worry about an alarm ... I wake up at 4am on the dot every day ... have done since I was an infant lol

Already done it, I'm doing it each month, memory cache and also bootloader cache

since my N8 update some 10 days ago, no hiccups to speak of aside from auto caps not working in Swype
