Good day all!

Anyone experiencing an unresponsive Note8 few days after the new update? I got the latest update few days ago and I've just experienced an unresponsive note8, I had to maintain de the power button and volume down button to make it restart because nothing was responsive, no button worked It has never happened to this phone before. I hope it's a software issue not physical one.

It came out of the blue... The phone was laying next to me, I was watching TV, checking it about every 20 minutes. One time I've took it and it was unresponsive.

@MAP Long Press the Power Button - At the bottom you'll see Bug Report - When the Bugreport has completed collecting data - You will see a screen confirming you want to share it - Click "OK" Save the bugreport to your Dropbox or Drive account - Ask @Nick where to send the link to the bugreport - DO NOT post it on the Samsung Community as the bugreport may well contain Personal information! 🐧

Try this - Settings - About Phone - Software and Click on the Build 7 times to enable Developer Options - Open Developer Options and select Make a Bugreport 🐧

@MAP Once you have enabled Developer Options scroll down and you can Add Bugreport to the Power Button 😉🐧

Hey @MAP! Your problem seems to be a possible software crash. To help us troubleshoot, could you please submit a device error log when this happens again? From the Samsung Members application, tap the “Feedback” icon. Tap the Pen icon and then submit an “Error report”. Thanks!

Hello MAP,

I have been using my Note 8 since my son bought it for me, and I dont think I have had an issue with unresponsive... but then again I mostly use my phone for texting and calling and emails and taking notes with the pen which is super awesome.
I am sure some of you younger people on here use your phone for alot more than that haha

I don't know what your talking about 🙄 sometime going through 2 charge a day on my phone lol, the fact that I'm working in a carrier store might not help with my use of phone lol

after factory reset my phone note 8.... phone doesn't show volte option
