Good day all!

Anyone experiencing an unresponsive Note8 few days after the new update? I got the latest update few days ago and I've just experienced an unresponsive note8, I had to maintain de the power button and volume down button to make it restart because nothing was responsive, no button worked It has never happened to this phone before. I hope it's a software issue not physical one.

It's a carrier option, VoLTE will work by itself after your phone communicates with your network provider and after few hours it's should work by itself. To see of it will work go to setting, about phone, status and ims registration, if it's says registered your volte should work a05fd99e-3aba-482a-b1a1-22ff1644f20d.jpg

Try a cache partition wipe using Android Recovery. That usually fixes most issues. This is different from using the settings as it works outside the OS and is more effective.
