Oh. I can't Remeber if I did. I chose the bundle with the free wireless charger and controller. I assumed if you order the controller, you automatically get the game pass. Am I right, or wrong?

haven't seen anyone receiving the code yet.. probably wait till next week.. for now, you can enjoy the xbox game pass ultimate for only $1 on the first month.. i believe it's better to avail this introductory offer first before redeeming the code that will be sent by Samsung.. tendency is the introductory offer may not be redeemable for active subscribers.. i could be wrong, but this is what i did, currently using the $1 offer..
