Unable to stream games | Note20 promotion

Since last couple days my xbox game streaming is not working. After downloading xbox game pass app, it says join gamepass.

As a promotional note20 offer, how to become gamepass 'Ultimate ' member.

My nephew asked me about this the other week, I don't play Xbox so I don't really know, but I think he activated the pass through this Samsung Members app, then he had issues connecting and found a # @xbox.com/gamepass.
Did you activate the subscription?

no worries man, but yea I couldn't activate the subscription. seems I don't have the email from samsung about the promotion code :(

@Harsh1610 just download the Game Pass Beta app shown in the picture with a white background, it will give you access to cloud gaming as well as console and PC

thanks Gemini. I tried that too, when I open gamepass or Gamepass beta. it says join gamepass; probably couldn't find/restore gamepass subscription.
in the attached screenshot it shows the 'disabled' play button.

If you're Game Pass membership is still active maybe you should try to log out from both apps and then just log back in on the Beta one, because it should look like this.
