Galaxy NoteI'm not sure if it's a software issue.. looks like it's maybe a hardware issue.
You could always open the Samsung Members app & Click on Support > Phone Diagnostics & run the Diagnostics for the Cameras, see if you get any error messages?

I really don't think that it has anything to do with any recent updates though!
You might want to visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech?

If the issue still persist then request you to please visit the nearest service centre.
