hey, so I have the bell version of the note five and I have this issue where I'll be connected to wi-fi but no Internet. I have to turn the WiFi on Ann's of again to get it to work. anyone else have this problem?
Hey @MountainDrew. You may need to reset your wireless access point to factory defaults and recreate the WiFi network on your device. To recreate the WiFi network: Settings > WiFi > touch and hold the network > tap "Forget". Once you've restored your wireless access point, connect to your network again.
