Hello, for all the people out there trying to use Android Auto and it keeps disconnecting.
I had a Galaxy 9 using Android Auto with no issues in a 2018 Voltswagon GTI. I upgraded to a Note10 and started having issues where Android Auto would only stay connected for about a minute, then disconnect, reconnect and so on.
My solution was the cable, I was using a 2m cable of unkonwn brand, I then saw on the forums that it could be the cable. I went and purchached the following, fixed the issue.
COSMOL USB-A to USB-C 1m
SPECIFICATIONS ON THE CABLE:
Supporsts USB 2.0 up to 480Mbps
Supports 3A charging
56kohms resistor for full compatibility with USB-C devices.
Hope this helps someone else, go buy a decent cable.
