My Note7 won't sync with my Google Play Music properly. On my other devices it works fine, just not the new Note7. Keeps says there is a sync error, but it is only an error on this phone.
this happened to me and seemed to have something to do with either deviçe restore... or sd card encryption... if you go to application manager and uninsall the google play music updates... you should be able to get it working...you can also request a callback (menu option) from the google play cx support... i was connected almost instantly and they worked me through being able to reinstall the update and get it working top notch
