incoming calls not working

My note 20 incoming calls don't work when I'm sleeping. I work on call and am missing all calls through the night.  I don't get notifications either.

The phone app notifications are turned off and I'm unable to turn on( i think this is the problem)

do you have " do not disturb on"? I'm guessing you leave your phone on so we can x that one. did you change your number with your new phone ? maybe the on call person doesn't have it ? I do know sometimes on my note 9 calls go right to voice mail in low reception areas.

no its not any of that. work has my number. I get voice mail notifications still

do you have on-going bixby routines?? it could be one the bixby routines.. maybe there's a bixby routine that detects when you're sleeping, and puts your phone to "do not disturb" mode or flight mode..

I thought also it could be that, so I shut it off and still doesn't work

Hi James85,
Please perform the wipe cache partition of the device and check if it works.
1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key.
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
6. Press Bixby / Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Bixby / Power key to select.
8. When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Bixby / Power key to restart the device.

I did this. now I have to see if it works when work calls in the night
