incoming calls not working

My note 20 incoming calls don't work when I'm sleeping. I work on call and am missing all calls through the night.  I don't get notifications either.

The phone app notifications are turned off and I'm unable to turn on( i think this is the problem)

is the number possibly blocked by an accident?

no because the work calls work during the day🤪
