language problem

Same and nothing changed.. tried everything nothing happened.... what to do ? 

Its really annoying and not acceptable issue from Samsung.

This is I came up with after done lots of searching:
Samsung smartphones will preloaded with languages based on the region they're going to sell.If you cant find the desire language in it simply it's not going to be there anymore even after updates.Ive downloaded Gboard app and it solved my problem. Gboard is belong to Google and most trustworthy app I could find out in Google play.

It is really annoying. Why they decided to limit this option? PLEASE MAKE PATCH OR UPDATE THAT FIXES THIS ISSUE!!!
