Bang saya baru kena green screen juga gara gara pihak samung minta update , Tapi pas kr SSC Batoh Kota Banda Aceh LCD nya harus beli dan harganya 3 Jutaan gimana dong ? Saya pakai samsung Note 10 Plus
When try major update on powerfull chipset phone like samsung flagship phone from ota make sure to put a fan blowing on it, it makes phone really hot can cause weak oled panel to broken aslo battery. Safest way is download and flashing via odin to upgrade but at cost secure folder samsung pay etc stop working and probably void your warranty
I am sending you this to complain regarding my Samsung note 10 plus which I just updated it's software. But after that my battery drains so fast and my screen feels really hot. After that my screen sometimes turns green and flickering.
I went to the service center which they would replace my screen and battery for Rp3,3 million which I believe it is really over price for you high end product that doesn't have a very good reability. Instead, your costumer service postlitioning the user lack of responsibility such as using phone while charging, ever fell down, etc etc. It really makes me feel like all it is our fault. Please not that not all costumers are bed. I saw somewhere that green screen is actually shows the faulty on the device and should be recalled and Samsung will replace it without any cost to the costumer.
Please, can you please explain it to me. Because I had experienced using Samsung active watch 1 and broken just months after usage and I went to CS in Mall Ambassador and they insisted that it was my fault but then I have to argue to ask them to ask their boss first if Samsung will cover my service. I didnt really have a very good experience with Samsung service in Indonesia
saya dateng k SSC sesuai saran dari suhu2 disini..mereka gak bisa ganti secara Free/Diskon..tetep harga utuh..dgn alih2 garansi udah abis..yahhh udah terima nasib.. btw sy dateng di SSC Jogja
Berarti itu lah kelemahan samsung ya.. beli mahal mahal biar awet, rupanya kena green screen setelah update sistem,, seharus nya ini pertanggung jawab SSC
