hi there i hope someone will be able to help. i installed microsoft launcher and i allowed it to import old layout by using samsung home experience. In doing so my current photos are all gone. Why would it delete all the photos if the app is only importing the layout? How can i recover those photos? i didnt back up my photos on any cloud.
Your photos shouldn't be gone by changing the Launcher - Check the Storage location where your pictures were saved - Use either the Samsung File Manager or a File Explorer (I always use Root Explorer Pro!) 😉🐧
