Hi @Samsung_CC6qPRl,

Could you please share more details like model number and since when you are facing this issue with your device?

Please try to start your device in Safe Mode and check if it fixes the issue.

First, completely power off the phone. Then, power on the phone and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold down the Volume Down key. If done correctly, "Safe Mode" will display on the bottom left corner of the screen.

Once you're in Safe Mode, you can remove the third-party app that is causing issues on your phone.

To exit Safe Mode, simply restart your phone and it will reboot normally.

Note: You can also enter Safe Mode by pressing the Power key, touching and holding the Power off icon, and then touching the Safe Mode icon.

Hi Samsung_CC6qPRl, Please try to wipe the cache partition of your device and get back to us with the result. Follow the below steps:

First, switch off the phone >> Then press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key >> Release the keys once you see the Samsung Logo >> An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear >> In recovery mode, use the Volume keys to navigate between options >> Select “Wipe Cache Partition” >> Select “Yes” >> Reboot the device once the wipe cache partition process is complete. I hope it will solve your issue.
(Note: Wiping the cache will NOT delete your apps or data or your configuration).

@Samsung_CC6qPRl, we don't need IMEI number we need the model number to know on the device on which there is an issue.

Example: The Samsung Galaxy S10 or sm-g973w.

Also, please try the above-mentioned steps and get back to us.

Is your Note9 randomly overheating or is it doing that when doing something specifically?
