Hello all,
About 2 months ago, I upgraded my Note 9 to Pie and having issue on Email app, which is all sent email stuck in outbox. The issue was caused by the new Email app having problem with Exchange Activesync, so I changed the setting to IMAP for temporary solution. My Email provider is Shawcable.
Yesterday, I received an update for Samsung Email app. I update it and change settings back to Exchange Activesync. Tested for one whole day. Seems the problem fixed.
Anyone who wants to switch back to Exchange Activesync, please make sure update the email app first. Good luck! 😄
