Note 10 plus and still in android 9

Hi, please I got this Galaxy Note 10plus August last year and up to date am still in android. I didn't get the new software update. Please what would I do?

Please can someone help me out?

I must say, that's extremely patient of you to still be stuck on android 9.

You've downloaded smart switch on your computer, plugged your phone and no updates?

There is a way to do it, but I would suggest finding someone to help you (in person).

You can download the latest Android 12 firmware and install it yourself.

Ps, where did you buy the phone from?

I bought it from an online store

If it's still warranty, you can ask the retailer to fix it for you.

Unfortunately Samsung Australia does not cover grey market products.

Your device is the SM-N975U which is an American device.
Perhaps try updating over WiFi.

Otherwise not sure why you haven't recieved the update, Samsung America has rolled out the update to your model.

I have done that, still no software update available....
