Note 10 Plus Android 11 Dual Messenger pictures issue

I have Kik Messenger in dual Messenger mode. The main mode works fine. In the dual mode, if I save the picture or video I get the message it's saved and it's available if I want to share that video or picture with the Kik dual app but not visible in Gallery app or main Kik app. Those saved pics and videos are nowhere to be found. Please fix it.

HI VivekJ, Due to improved security policy of Google on Android 11, storage memory is separately managed for each user. As dual messenger works based on multi user service, storage memory of dual messenger don't be shared with other apps. Therefore downloaded images while using dual messenger do not saved in Gallery app. To check downloaded images, please go to My Files > Internal storage > DualApp> DCIM > Messenger app folder

Hi Keagan, Found them, thanks. is there any app or a way to look at them through the app and share them or will they remain separate? that's not very convenient.

As of now, we don't find any alternative as this is due to the security policy set by Google on Android 11.
