I have gone through my 5th Note 20 Ultra device in the matter of a month due to all 5 devices having either image retention or permanent burn in the display. I have contacted Samsung and my carrier and both did *bleep*. Samsung said imagine retention is normal for Samsung screens moving forward and isn't classified as defective. I got my 6th device brand new and selling it to whoever like the note series and doesnt care about image retention. For a 2000$ CAD device I certainly due. Will be switching to One Plus.

samsung provides the screens for 90 percent of the market so most likely your one plus will have a Samsung display

Hi almeidaluke, Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Your device needs to be examined by the Samsung authorized technician. Please contact the live chat support using the link below to book an appointment with the service center.

Hi almeidaluke, Samsung will go as per the technician's response as the device was already examined by the service technician and determined that it is not covered under warranty. If you have enrolled in the Samsung Care+ plan, then you can avail of it.
