I received the updated on December 2nd and I'm very excited about this new android 11 version and ONE UI 3.0 so it's very rich on performances and features I love the new mode called : Enchanted processing it's very amazing and powerful

But I just realized a major bug when you use the phone too much meaning - when doing several multitasking apps the home screen freeze or the apps won't launched 🤔

Need a new updates on this issue + battery draining faster than before!

With any android version update, I always backup my phone with smart switch & factory reset it. I have never had any problems using this approach. I suggest that you do the same.

Even after receiving a monthly security patch OTA, I boot into recovery & wipe cache.

Galaxy Note
I ended up need to factory reset too.

Hi iAnderson199214,
Please perform the wipe cache partition of the device and get back to us with the results.
Here are the steps to follow on your device.

- Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key.
- When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
- An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
- Press Bixby / Power key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Bixby / Power key to select.
- When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
