The whole world started receiving the new update but no information from any carriers or Samsung Canada. It feels like Samsung doesn't consider Canada is on earth...

I know right!? The S10 series on Android 12 and we're still kicking rocks on 11. Not to mention that phones like the A52 and S10 just received the January Security Update and I'm still stuck on the November Security Update? Something is wrong here in Canada. What gives?

They do not treat well to their customers as a being smaller market. Still lets hope for the best.

Normally we receive updates fairly quickly here in Canada from my experience. This time there is definitely an extra delay vs other areas of the world
