3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.

6. Press Bixby / Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Bixby / Power key to select.

Galaxy NoteWill this delete the apps and data that are currently on the tablet? Right now, what I need to do to fix my wifi connection problems (slow or no internet even when if wifi indicates connect) on both tabs is to go in wifi connection settings, manage networks and delete my wifi connection. Then I reconnect, re-enter my wifi password and my wifi is back to normal. Until it happens again. Never had that problem in the two years that I owned the Tab A before what seems to be an update in september. Did not change router nor anything related either. And now the same thing with the brand new S6 lite but not any of my computers, phones or other connected devices.

Galaxy NoteHi FrankM99,
Performing a wipe cache partition removes any temporary files that may be causing an issue with the device. All personal files and settings are not affected by this option.
