My Note 7 is unable to hear more speak with Call waiting callers. I am able to successfully answer the call yet callers cannot hear me nor can I hear them. I have factory reset the phone and experience the same issue. If I toggle call waiting setting I can get it to work once but then it goes back to same issue. please help!
