waiting for the new note 7

So I've been waiting over 2 weeks for the note 7 which I'm just over the phone now! So i called Rogers and asked to get a refund (I still have the(boom edition) they said they can't or weren't sure what to do. So I called the call centre samething. My next step was calling Samsung as Rogers was not being helpful. Samsung is going to up my case to see what they can do.

My question is has anyone been able to get a refund and how?

Ah lucky you. I'm just really disappointed with this phone the note 4 is more of a beast than this phone. I dropped my note 4 down the stairs you name it never broke this note 7 screen cracked in my pocket. Like really it's to soft unless your going to use it at home on a sofa with carpet. Than the battery issues too which I could live with that one my I can't handle the soft screen.

I am waiting for two weeks and No news yet. Definitely you can refund it on Samsung Canada.

Trust me I've tried with Rogers there giving me a really hard time. I'm going to call Samsung tomorrow to see if they can send Rogers a letter or something

Rogers is telling me because it's over the 15 grace period I can't take it back but it's been freaking recalled so (Rogers would get a new phone anyways) they just don't want to lose the 550 bucks I paid for the darn thing
