There are rumors that state that the replacement Note 7 units will have a maximum 60% battery charge as Samsung is coming up with a software update that will not allow Battery to charge beyond 60%

there is not rumor. it is true but only for old Note7 in South Korea. new one will be 100% battery life.

The old note will have 60 percent and new one will change battery color to green but have it at 100 percent

Hahaha that would be a dumb move if Samsung did that which there not. I would take my phone back if I only got 3 sot time which is what 60 percent of a battery if the note 7 would get. I get around 6 to 7 sot so I'll slap the Co upside the head if that happens haha. I would of got an iPhone if I wanted that hahaha.
