Galaxy NoteFirst was Bixby. After hours of support and research I finally found an app to reroute the button.
Second was Google Play ads coming at me at odd times. I disabled every Google product.
Third was this update. Final straw. The split screen and recent apps functions are completely screwed.
I will be going to Telus to see about a refund. And I doubt I'll purchase further Samsung products.

Galaxy NoteYes I agree, buying the samsung note 9 was the biggest disappointment I ever made when buying a phone. Note 9 does not have the capability to talk and surf the web at the same time. For example if you need to check your email while talking to your boss reguarding the email, forget it. Also if you are using google maps and you get a phone call GPS will stop working, next thing you know you missed your exit. Who in their right mind allowed this to happend. Especially in this day an age when we live on the go.

Galaxy NoteI completely agree that the Note 9 is garbage. My family has had multiple smart phones in the past. My wife and daughter both wanted the Note 9. Two months after purchasing them my daughters screen shatters for some unknown reason, which I have to have the phone replaced as the LCD display was damaged from the shattering, not just the glass. A month later my wifes phone does the same thing, only have to replace the glass this time. Or, so I thought. The replacement glass comes from Samsung I am told, but the speaker and mic are also replaced? told that they are connected to the glass somehow and have to replaced also. New speaker squeals like crazy and mic doesn't seem to pickup sound. Had to have this phone replaced too. Several months later, glass on daughters phone not only cracked again but chunks of the glass are falling off of it and the wife's phone is cracking on the case body. Out of the dozens of phones that we have had in the past, this is the first one to have ever had a cracked screen and both phones have the same issue. And then to have it again months later. Neither of them want another Samsung phone again and they both had Samsungs as the phones prior to the Note 9. So in our opinion the Note 9 is garbage made with inferior screen and body materials.
