lost email files (Sent & Saved)

I have a big but stupid problem. I very recently upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ to replace the Galaxy S9+ I am fairly tech savvy and all my phones in past 15 years have been Samsung Galaxy except the first one was a Black Berry. Problem.... after going thru the whole process of setting up the Note, believing as before that all my apps etc were transferred the problem app turns out to be my long time Samsung Mail app.  Never even thought to check but after I was all finished transferring files, I reset the S9+ to factory as usual, to give to a family member or friend. 

This where the crap hit the fan!  Also the stupidity of an oldbroad for nor double checking.  I have lost all the emails Sent & all that I had Saved. Is there anything I can do to recover those files? I'd would have to say NO!

But I don't know everything. Any hope would be appreciated. Cheers oldbroad Angela.

I don't use Samsung's Email - So I'm not sure why you would have lost anything - Unless you permanently deleted these emails? But do you have a Google account?
If so - Install Gmail on your device - Go to Settings in Gmail - Sync Settings - Days to Sync - Set the Days to Sync to the Maximum (or what you think you need - You can enter the number of days - ie: 720 for example) - See if you are able to retrieve your emails 🤞

I just go under settings /accounts /add my email info, when it's done, go into that account and tap the sync button and choose what you want to dance with your device (email, calendar, contacts etc) 👍

But does this work when I have deleted everything off my old phone after the transfer of files, folders & apps to my new Phone?

I believe that the Note10 series replaced the Samsung Email app by Microsoft Outlook. You could try it or open the Play Store and search for Samsung Email and login back.

🤔 Nope, my Note10+ still have Samsung Email. It comes with it.

Oh. They removed it on the Tab S6. You sure it's preinstalled as a system app and not that it was transferred from your previous device when you switched?

I am sure still exist on Note10+. I never use other email client. I only use Samsung Email app. I mentioned this in other post before, because it works well with Calendar and Reminder apps. So, I don't use MS Outlook app. So sad to hear that they removed the email app from Tab S6.

when I went to "about emai" it showed that it was Samsung. I have had the outlook app on my phones for sometimes but have been having problems with MS. Can never get things settled. they keep telling me I've have the wrong password so I set a new one & when next I try to log in same thing. I have been on the phone to a MS call center with no success. as for Gmail I have never had to use it as I have my personal email account set up with my server Shaw, but thanks i will look into Syncing with Google.

I don't have Samsung email on my Note10plus, I only have Outlook. Samsung Email isn't pre-installed
