Hello,
My husband and I both have the Samsung Note 9. We are not receiving some calls. Not sure why. The numbers are not blocked.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?
Also calls that do come through have Asian witings.

Thank you for your response Reynaud. 'My device isn't eligible for Rogers Wi-Fi calling' (Quote from Rogers)
I've been a Rogers customer for 22 years with virtually zero issues. The Android update back in mid December caused it for sure.
That I know. I'm not in a position to swap out the SIM card. I'm simply looking forward to my new S22 Ultra coming in early March. I sincerely feel bad for Agapelv though... Thanks again !

I also ordered the s22. I guess it's Samsung's way to get us to purchase a new phone....sad 😥

My wife and I both have Note 9, both phones experiencing exact same problem. Some calls that come have strange characters on caller name. We are both on Rogers network in Canada. Rogers technical support could not provide any help to resolve the issue. I don't plan on buying another Samsung phone seeing what we are dealing with. I called Samsung technical support also, same they are unable to provide any help other than offering to do a factory reset. A terrible experience!

I am so glad to see I'm not the only one with this issue. I was considering taking my phone in to have it looked at because it's so frustrating, especially since my husband and I run a business. I'm wondering if Samsung has plans to push an update to fix this? It stinks to not be able to use my phone.... as a phone!

I just found this thread.  My wife and i both have Note 9's.  Mine is working fine but hers misses some calls.  I can call her - it will ring twice then go to voicemail.  I hang up and call back and it gores though.  No problems on my phone, though.  But she also uses her phone much more than I use mine.

I think this was also part of the December update but don't know why it only affects her phone.  It's very frustrating for her.  I hope Samsung comes out with a fix for it soon!
