Question about not receiving calls or texts

Hi I've had the galaxy note 20 since it came out and before Xmas I stopped receiving calls and texts despite my carrier showing excellent service, bills paid early, don't disturb not on, call block only specific #s, call barring never used, airplane mode not on, did network resets looked for unsafe ups. I never open any unsafe sites or emails or use public wifi. I installed paid virusware that shows operating systems errors my phone at risk of hackers. My google phone is doing the same yet I can't find any apps. The carrier has no clue about the phones

Hi ednaL, did you check if the device has any malware? You can  manually scan your Galaxy device to check for security threats:

Go to Settings.

Tap Battery and Device Care.

Tap Device protection.

Tap Scan phone.

All of the apps and data on your device will be scanned.

Once the scan is completed you will be shown whether or not your device is secure.

I I never said my call bearing is asking me for my password is this the reason why I never received phone calls sometimes when my phone is on but when my other people call on their end it race but it shows nothing on my end usually I have to restart the phone and I started getting my clothes what does this mean and how do I reset my call very password which I don't recall ever setting it up
