Phone getting stuck

Phone is getting stuck when trying to open pdf files it doesnt happens always..At sometimes only. Expecting a helful reply.

Quite possibly not what you are "Expecting a helful reply".... But get a Logcat & post it if you want help from other members - Or get a Bug Report from Samsung Tools & Maybe Samsung Support (Live Support Chat) can help you... Issues that happen "sometimes" are not necessarily going to be easy to track down..

Hey @EliyaPaul, for this issue we need to review your error log to troubleshoot. Could you please submit a device error log when this happens again? From the Samsung Members application, tap the “Feedback” icon. Tap the Pen icon and then submit an “Error report”. Thanks!
