From all indication the recent update seems to have taken away the Samsung Note 8 ability to interface with the Theme platform properly. It has taken away the pleasure of personalizing the phone to your liking.
I hope the tech. Team actually read these commentaries to know that a lot of bugs came with "down date"
Depends on which Themes you are talking about - If you're talking about Samsung's "themes" those aren't what I would consider to be real themes - Substratum on the other hand ARE Real Themes & yes Samsung has blocked Substratum Themes on the S8 series - Note8 & S10 series... For now my S9+ & Note9 are properly Themed by Substratum.
