Before the update my Whatsapp messages would be read aloud over bluetooth in my car. It is set in a Bixby routine to do so. It no longer does that, I've checked my routines and it is still set to do that in routines. I've also noticed that it doesn't announce WAZE notifications over bluetooth if WAZE is minimized on the phone.
Hi, I suggest you to perform Wipe Cache Partition and write back to us if the issue still persists. Please try performing the wipe cache partition by following the instruction below and check if the issue got resolved. Turn off the device. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key. When the Android logo displays, release both keys. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight "Wipe cache partition". Press Power key to select. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Power key to select. When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted. Press the Power key to restart the device.

Previously my Whatsapp messages, as well as incoming text messages would be read aloud, I tried both again last evening and neither get read aloud. I also verified that if Waze is left open on my phone screen, it's notifications are announced (example: police reported ahead) but if I minimize Waze, it doesn't announce the notifications. I did previous to the update.
