Galaxy Note
Hello Samsung Community
Sometimes when I am recording a video on my Samsung Galaxy Note9 horizontally after I am down and go to play it while still holding my phone horizontally it plays back as vertically. Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong. Does the camera controls have to be on a certain side (left or right)?
Sorry if this is hard to understand I am not the best and explaining things.
Thanks.

Turn your Auto Rotation on when you're recording the video. You're recording horizontally but as the rotation is vertically locked, it treated the video as such.
You're welcome.

@RichMan
Do you mean auto rotation for the entire phone because that is always on... haven't touched it. Or is there a setting in the camera?

Hey @CanadianHitman, please try clearing the camera apps cache and data, and if that doesn't work try a factory reset.
